Information, not an engagement

This website describes proposed services from Cauldron Ideations. Visiting the website, using its calculator, reading its checklist, or submitting an inquiry does not establish a client relationship, authorize access to your systems, or create an obligation to pay a service fee.

Service scope and the recovery fee

There is no upfront, setup, or monthly charge for the review offer. The 20% success fee applies to eligible additional cash attributable to the review only after the client confirms receiving it. Partial receipts are charged proportionally. The written engagement must define eligibility, attribution, the review period, confirmation and fee timing, exclusions, prior collection efforts, factoring rights, credits, reversals, disputes, authorized follow-up, and termination.

The fee is not 20% of a carrier’s total revenue or every invoice processed, and it is not charged on possible findings, historical payments, or approved-but-uncollected amounts. The public offer does not include ongoing billing, bookkeeping, system integrations, or debt collection. Any different service requires a separate written scope.

Examples are illustrative

The homepage workflow display uses sample load references and example amounts. It is an illustration using sample data, not a live client result or a record of recovery. The calculator shows arithmetic only. It does not estimate your recovery opportunity, project future results, or guarantee a return.

Amounts that can be recovered depend on records, contractual rights, approvals, counterparties, and actual payment. No recovery, integration, timeline, accuracy level, savings, or performance level is guaranteed by this site.

No regulated professional advice

The content is general business information. It is not legal, tax, investment, audit, or other regulated professional advice. This revenue review does not replace qualified advisers or the decisions and responsibilities of your authorized accounting staff.

Use of the site

Do not submit false information, harmful code, unlawful content, or confidential financial documents through the inquiry form. Do not attempt to access systems or data without authorization. The site is intended for legitimate business inquiries.

Optional scheduling links, email services, form processing, and hosting involve separate providers. Their terms and privacy practices may apply. A link does not imply an affiliation or endorsement beyond its stated purpose.
