YOUR INFORMATION

Privacy notice.

A straightforward explanation of this website’s inquiry form and data handling.

Who this notice is for

This notice explains how Cauldron Ideations handles information provided through this website. It covers marketing-site inquiries, not the processing of client billing or accounting records. Client work requires a separate written agreement.

Information you provide

The inquiry form asks for your name, company, and email address. You may also provide a phone number, fleet-size range, a service priority, and a high-level message. It records your consent to contact you about that inquiry.

The form may also include basic campaign labels from the page link you used, such as a campaign name. It does not attach your entire browsing history or store form contents in browser storage.

Do not submit invoices, bank information, tax identification numbers, passwords, driver records, or other sensitive personal or financial information. No document-upload function is provided.

How information is used

Inquiry information is used to respond, understand your business needs, evaluate a possible engagement, arrange a conversation, and maintain relevant business correspondence. Submitting this form does not subscribe you to a marketing newsletter or authorize automated marketing calls or texts.

The calculator runs in your browser. Its input is not sent with the inquiry form and is not stored by the site.

After a successful form response, the site may briefly store a non-personal confirmation timestamp in your browser’s session storage so the next-steps page can show the appropriate message. It does not store the inquiry itself.

Hosting and form service providers

Cloudflare hosts this website and may process technical information such as IP addresses, request logs, and browser information to deliver and protect it. The configured FormSubmit service forwards inquiries to Cauldron Ideations’ business Gmail inbox and may apply spam filtering.

The client workflow uses an audit-specific Dropbox file request and deliberate local import only after pre-intake checks. That does not mean website inquiries stay on a local computer. The website and client-processing environment are separate; you may ask which providers are involved before submitting an inquiry.

If you follow an optional scheduling link or contact the business by email or phone, the relevant service provider’s privacy practices also apply.

Cookies and tracking

This website’s supplied code does not set advertising cookies, load advertising pixels, embed third-party chat, or use cross-site tracking scripts. Cloudflare may inject its own performance, analytics, or security scripts and use its own technical measures as part of hosting. This notice should be updated if analytics, embeds, or other tracking features are added.

Sharing and retention

Contact information is shared with service providers as needed to receive and respond to inquiries, and where disclosure is required by applicable law or necessary to protect legitimate rights. This website does not sell inquiry information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Inquiry information should be kept only as needed to manage the inquiry, any resulting business relationship, and applicable recordkeeping obligations. You can request deletion of an inquiry; retention in backups, provider systems, or legally required records may differ. Client-document retention, backups, and deletion are set in the separate written engagement before confidential records are accepted.

Your questions and choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of information associated with your inquiry, or ask us not to contact you further. Applicable rights depend on your location and circumstances. Use the contact details provided on this site, or the inquiry form with “Privacy request” in the message. Do not send identity documents through that form.

Security and updates

No website or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure. See the security approach for the distinction between this public site and separately agreed client work. This notice may be updated when site functionality or business practices change.

For a billing review, start with a high-level conversation. Share financial documents only through the process agreed for your engagement.
